Added 7w so I now have driver 3w 7w 4-pw irons and 52,56,60 degree wedges..all stiff shafts....couldn't ask for better results...and i love the look of them
So far, so good! I started taking golf slightly more seriously over the past few years and now I shoot closer to 100 than 150… Anyway, as I’ve improved through the school of YouTube and gotten into the single plane swing method, I found that my clone Nike square driver wasn’t what I needed (probably a bit on the stiff side. I tried a few budget options with no luck, and I finally decided to go with BombTech since I had been considering it for a while. I went with the regular/10.5. I’m glad I did! I got out to the range last weekend and hit, and aside for my very first swing I was extremely happy with all of my hits. This is now my go to driver after getting it re-gripped to midsize.
The driver and 3-wood were in excellent condition for pre owned. I could tell the 3 wood had been hit a few times, but the driver looked brand new.
Limited Edition Volcano Torched BombTech 52, 56 and 60 Wedge Set
Needed a club to fill a gap in my bag. After speaking to a rep, I ordered the 5 Wood. I have been hitting it consistently 210 to 225 within 15 yards either side of my target on the simulator I frequent. Absolutely perfect...
Very easy to hit! Looking forward to getting the 5 wood
Every time I pull HW out of my bag, my lefty buddy tells me how he hates this club. Cause every time I use it the ball goes for a ride and all I can do is Laugh!!
I have now bought all the usual golf clubs from Bomb Tech and am super happy with them. It makes a lot of sense to buy directly from the manufacturer to save a lot of money. These clubs can easily be compared with all the well-known brand names. Hopefully many more people will recognize this fact and buy their clubs from Bomb Tech in the future.
I have always struggled with taking power off my swing. I finally have a club for inside 100 yards (even my bombtech 60 sends it 125 to 135). Love the heavy feel. This thing is money up close and wants to drain my chips.
My first round with the new clubs went extremely well. I'm a once in awhile golfer so I wasn't really expecting much. Always had a bad slice with the driver. Bomb Tech driver practically eliminated my slice. I was hitting fairways on most of the holes. Since I always slice I'm always playing out of the rough. Hitting from the fairway was a nice change. Irons were also very forgiving. I had a chip in birdie on this day. The putter was great as well. I've been using a thick grip weighted putter and the bomb Tech putter was awesome. Had 3 birdie attempts that day. Only made one of them but I was happy with the results. I highly recommend this set.
Really like the putter.
Disappointed I couldn’t get the free golf towel when ordering. Wasn’t a place to enter code.
Pros: Consistently accurate, low angle, running chips.
Wide sole makes it difficult to dig in and fat chips and offers better control.
Simplicity in using a putting stroke.
Cons: Due its low loft, if you need to pop a shot over an obstacle (hill or bunker), it’ll likely run past the green. You’ll still need to be able to manipulate a high angle wedge for those shots.
There isn’t a center line on the crown of the club head like you see with some chippers from other companies. Not necessary, but it’d help.
Chippers catch a lot of flak as being an amateurs club, that flak typically comes from amateurs who keep a 3 wood in their bags knowing full well that they’re going to top it 9/10 times. If you’re playing to reduce strokes, you play smart golf with clubs that you’re confident in. This club is purpose built for ease of use and consistently generates 1 putt opportunities, which translates to a ton of confidence in the short game.
Recommendations to bombtech: look into developing a chipper with a lie angle similar to your mallet putter. I feel like enough golfers gain accuracy when they’re more over the ball for it to be worth while to produce.
Great addition to the bag. Nice feel, sold sound. Only draw back for me. A little shorter than I like. If your looking for a new mallet I'd recommend this one.
This is a great fsirway club, it provides good accuracy and is pretty forgiving.
My first round had to get use to the stiff shaft and shake the winter rust off!! My 2nd and 3rd rounds went well. They are true to your target. Where you aim that's where the ball is going if you hit it true! Really enjoy them!
I bought these irons not expecting much. I have played 4 rounds so far. First off these irons look alot better in person than the website. I like the look at address. The hint of green in the grooves is cool. There not thick cavity back but weighted great. 4 through PW you can't beat the price and value. I find them easy to hit the ball. Great irons.
Both hybrids have performed excellent at the driving range but most importantly on the course. The response off the head is excellent and the consistency is wonderful.
Bought the 3-5 hybrid set last year improved my game a lot as a newer golfer. Received the irons for Christmas haven’t tried yet but can’t wait. Bag putter and 5 wood just came in. Very impressed on quality, fast delivery and overall experience. Can not beat this for the money $. All I lack is the wedge set want to send me. .56 lol
After receiving the clubs the courses are just opening up here in Alaska. Took them to the range and was very impressed with them, added distance and the seemed to be pretty forgiving.
Only used the clubs once so far, but I love how they feel. Can't wait to get back on the course with them!
I love it. It’s my new sandwedge
