I had some wear on my 7,9 and PW that I was concerned about. I sent some pics to customer service and they did not hesitate to send me out replacements immediately. I received them 2 days after the email was sent. I love my Bombtech clubs and I tell everyone about these hidden gems.
I couldn't be more pleased with the service level of this company, they treat you like family.

Lost a club from my BombTech set and looked on the website to see if I could order single club replacements. Was unable to do so, so reached out via email to explain my situation. Within 30 minutes I had a response and my new replacement club was in the mail. VERY pleased with the service provided.
Emailed a questions Thursday night, response with options Friday morning, got the club on Monday in time for my round in the afternoon. Can't get much better than this other than driving to my house and dropping it off. These guys, and their clubs, are awesome.
I’ve been playing with bombtech clubs for a little over a year now. There great budget friendly clubs for any skill level. The customer service is second to none. I damaged my pw long after I purchased the clubs and they released it free of charge no problem whatsoever!! You just don’t find that anywhere anymore. Bombtech all day!!

I lost my 6 iron. Contacted the company to buy a replacement. They replaced it for free. I wanted to buy a new one because I love the entire set of 4.0 irons. I get a little more distance and more workability than I did with my previous clubs. And they look and feel great.
