Been playing over 25 years now, and have never come across wedges at this price point that we're remotely this good. The only downside i could even try to push is the grips are sub par.
Customer service is fantastic and goes above and beyond. They sent me 2 golf gloves and a towel and they are exceptional. Quality is equal to, if not better than the big named brands.
